CN Strike: Nutrien to shut down potash mine for two weeks

Nutrien is halting production at its Rocanville SK mine due to the CN strike. The current plan calls for a two week halt, beginning December 2.

  The local CBC television station in Sherbroke led their news tonight with the continued protest in Quebec about the lack
of propane and what is is doing to the agricultural economy.  What stepts are being taken in Ottawa to resume CN
rail service?

CN isn't the railroad serving the area around Shrebrooke.

where was the Ottawa government when they gave permission to repurpose a major propane transfer pipe to carry natural gas instead?  They can't have it both ways, if they aren't forcing more pipe construction.

Perhaps now Quebecers will reconsider their short-sighted refusal to allow any new pipelines.

I understood both CN and CP serve the plant?  If that is correct, why shut down.
