Counting down the trains, Part II

Here are photos from April 1, as we count down the days to the end of service of on 270 miles of track between Squamish and Williams Lake, BC:
1. Train 571 at mile 55 in Cheakamus Canyon. This photo is in honor of Jim Speaker.
2. There's plenty of snow in Whistler, but no skiers.
3. At Wedge.

11. End of the day and end of the light at D'Arcy. The train stopped here to wait for a track patrol to Lillooet and a relief crew.

A great bunch Loleta!  Number 5 clearly stands out for me as one of the nicest vertical shots I've seen.

A house further back on the property is occupied. Gramson's place, sadly, has fallen into disrepair.

A fantastic series.  That last photo might be my favorite.
