MLW Monday in Windsor, NS
Author: cn6218

On March 10, 2005 three RS-23s were hauling the empty gypsum train past the WHRC's small yard in Windsor, NS.  Behind the ballast hoppers and the railway's passenger excursion equipment are some covered hoppers used for deliveries to several feed mills on the line.  The MLWs were on borrowed time.  The railway would lease four GP9s that summer, and all but one of the RS-23s would be scrapped in April of 2006.
