Class F40 at Maccan, NS
Author: cn6218

Prototype F40 rebuild 6400 was leading the Ocean west through Maccan, Nova Scotia on February 24, 2008.  To the right of the Renaissance train is the roadbed for the siding, which had been removed  about 10 years earlier.

6400 was wrecked at St-Charles-de-Bellechase two years later, when the crew missed several signals and went into the 15 mph siding at close to 60 mph.  6400 was the only casualty.
