Also, lettering on the tender is "G E R", not "C R" as it would be for the Caledonian. I believe that this locomotive is painted for the the pre-grouping Great Eastern Railway; other, more knowledgeable, TO members may be able to offer a better answer.

This is Great Eastern 564. I do have difficulties telling some of these engines apart. Of course, shades of blue are some of the trickiest to duplicate, and also the quickest to fade (maybe excepting maroon). I based my colo(u)r perception on pictures I have of preserved Caley "single" No. 123, and C. Hamilton Ellis' beautiful painting of big Caley 4-6-0 "Cardean". To me, the locomotive on the left is closer to the original Caley blue, while the one on the right is a bit darker than it should be.
