European Railroad Discussion > Mr. Brown's Been At It AgainDate: 08/12/22 10:34 Mr. Brown's Been At It Again Author: gbmott Oh my, Mr. Brown has somehow managed to deliver 290 new photographs to me and I still had quite a few to go from the original batch. There are a few for which he apparently traded, with three to tickle your fancy right off the bat.
1. BR 34055 Fighter Pilot - Bournemoutn 1960, photographer unknown 2. BR 45060 - LLandudno 6/60, J B Snell photo 3. BR 68723 - Newcastle 1962, J B Snell photo I'm curious if these views are well-known already to you Brits as even I recognize J B Snell's name. Don't get too excited though as there are only a few more of these, but some of the remaining 250+ from Mr Brown look pretty good! I'll get to work again soon. Meantime I hope everyone is having a nice (if hot) summer. Gordon Date: 08/12/22 11:42 Re: Mr. Brown's Been At It Again Author: ironmtn And so he has! And he has color in his collection -- well how about that ! Not that he's making up for lost time or anything, but to lead off with a Bulleid Pacific / Battle of Britain Class 34055 Fighter Pilot -- in color! -- is quite the calling card to this Bulleid Pacific fan for his return.
And 68723 in front of the Robert Stephenson shop, no less. Oh wow. Thank you, Gordon. Mr. Brown has more than acquitted himself for his long holiday with these very fine images. MC Edited 1 time(s).
