The train appeared to be sold out. I sat on the floor of the last car, next to my bicycle. No photos from the crowded interior -- I like to not impose on people, and not look excessively touristy. A long train. Moved at a good clip. 1), 2) and 3) engine shops, MOW yard? I gather you could go on a lot of little branch lines if you put your mind to it, and have a view out the front, sides and back!
5) Mainline train stations were really built for capacity! And still very busy, even after 20 years of EU-funded highway development... 6) Lots of mainline tracks.
