you're really taking your life in your own hands on that shot--no real walkway on that bridge...and the people of that area are notorious for having their head placed squarely up their A$$es, and never paying attention to anything but themselves.
(I know--I work there, and used to live there too)

It was the Thanksgiving Holiday and picture was taken from our car holding the camera out the window holding the camera high without seeing the viewfinder. No traffic besides us.
