I was on that 133 with the 3996 and the 4611, we brought it into cincy and they made us set these two engines on a material track so they could use better ones. The 3996 has an oil leak and the 4611 is just all around a bad running engine. Also saw 3981 another B23-7 on the fuel pad at Buckeye Yard before departing.
