I don't like it. Also looks like the classic Corn City Bar sign has been taken down since the fire.

The entire building is gone. However the bricks are being sold as a fund raiser for the Bartlow Township Historical Society, the owners of the Cross Roads Park.

More tax money wasted. One light would be sufficient.

That would be due to the State of Ohio and the DOT requirements. Hell, traffic flowed better when it was a 4-way stop as it was being installed!

Do you have a before picture? I am not familiar with the area.

What i figured to much red tape.

Can't get by with one light anymore and be in compliance with MUTCD (Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices) - this is what did away with a lot of the classic 4-way traffic signals of the past. Two signals required to protect the intersection in case of a burned out bulb on one.

Whether or not you like it, there are way too many idiots out driving today who do NOT pay enough attention to railroad crossings. I am so tired of reading about drivers getting hit at a crossing.
So put up traffic lights, barriers, whatever if it will save a life.
