Date: 12/04/12 10:47 Re: News of the day Author: wlohmark And to think that the old PRR/Conrail Panhandle line (now the G&W CUOH Pan Subdivision) was almost abandoned by Conrail in the early 90's. At the time virtually nothing moved east of Coshocton Ohio and the rails had crusty rust on them. Now, those rails are shiny. Add the shared trackage agreement with the Wheeling and Lake Erie from Jewitt to Scio and you have a busy piece of railroad. I don't think the State of Ohio gets enough credit for listening to shippers and saving this line.
