Santa loves Alcos
Author: rfprr1

On the final weekend of the Whippany (NJ) Railway Museum's annual Santa Express, the sun finally makes an appearance.
Morristown & Erie Alco C424s 18 & 19 bracket the train. Photos were taken just prior to the first of five trips for the day.
All trips sold out completely.

Thanks for the photos, only I wish that you had posted the individual passenger cars in the train.
Merry Christmas.

Passenger car photos can be found at: http://www.whippanyrailwaymuseum.net/exhibits/equipment

The grey car, second in consist in first photo, is the M&E's Birken and was not in revenue service.
The Pennsy car, M&E's Alder Falls, in the second photo was used for HEP and not in revenue service.
