HLCX units at Conway

On my way home tonight, I passed NS's Conway yard and was surprised to see 3 newly painted HLCX GP38's sitting at the engine facility. They were HLCX 3675, 3676 and 3679. Both the end units, 3675 and 3679, did not have dynamic brakes. They weren't there when I went to work earlier in the day. Any one know where they are going? Keep an eye out, it's not black.

They're going to Indiana RR in Indy.
