Eastern Railroad Discussion > D&H Alco PA1

While scanning some negatives from a collection of photos and negatives that were donated to our RR club, Phillipsburg Railroad Historians, Phillipsburg, NJ, I came across a negative that shows a pair of Delaware & Hudson Alco PA1s #16 and #?. Other images on the negative strip includes some Western Maryland power including WM BL2 #81. There was also a Reading T Steam locomotive that was running.
I know that the Alco A1s and BL2 were built in 1948.
There were several WM locomotives, a Reading Line GP35? #3645 and a B&O #3545 too.
I was wondering if anyone knew where and when this photo was taken.
I'm thinking the late 60s or early 70s.
Any ideas?

It's in Hagerstown, Maryland. Probably 1973 on a shipper's special.
