The theme for these three images I captured today in NE Indiana on the CSX Chicago Line.

A running meet shot between eastbound Q016 with CSX 5300 leading and westbound Q500 led by CSX 5254 between Kimmel & Albion at 0911 across a large soybean field.

Eastbound CSX Bakken oil train, K010-30, powered by CREX 1319, UP 4786 & BNSF 8888 handle a buffer car on each end of 97 tankers at Noble County Road 350W bridge around milepost 147.5 at 0933.

Eastbound CSX mixed freight train Q368-30 with the NS Conrail heritage unit leading CSX' 8823 & 7547 across a soybean field at West Garrett with a flock of turkey buzzards in the sky.
