NREX on the W&LE

Two NREX (National Rail Equipment) units eastbound at "Corners" toward Medina from Spencer on the W&LE today. Can anyone advise what is up with these units, purchased by the W&LE, leased, or maybe just being shipped somewhere? Thanks!!

W&LE has went on an SD40-2 buying spree. These two should be in service in the next couple weeks.
The three former GATX units that W&LE already has were rebuilt and repainted last year... good to see GATX colors on W&LE again.

NREX 7368 and 7370 came out of NRE at Silvis, IL.
