The derailment occurred between Pittsburgh Jct and Jewett Ohio. A westbound was waiting to get on the OHCR/W&LE joint line at Jewett when a second westbound started down Jewett hill and couldn't get stopped, rear-ending the first westbound and causing about 10 cars to derail. No injuries and no fires, thankfully.
