compliant units, are not. Folks need to read the Regulation, and understand all that it involves. It goes way beyond press releases and pictures of shiny locomotives. Except that GE did receive Tier IV (4) certification in December 2014. First two BNSF ET44C4s were delivered 7/29 for service on the railroad.
