Eastern Railroad Discussion > CSX W864-16...military train move.

With a heads up from FEC2000 I tried for the W864 on CSX; military train. Pictures taken from bridge in Akron, Ohio. Forgot the name of the street...downtown Akron in the distance. Edit; street name is Thornton Street where Akron Fire Department Station #4 is.

Picture number four is of what I think used to be Bradley fighting vehicles as looks like these tracked vehicles have a 25mm, or bigger, gun for armament, fifth picture is of the M1A1 Abrams tanks. Could not run across the street to get front views of these so sorry about that. Sixth picture is of some of the support vehicles...

Seventh picture is of what looks like some type of missile lauch system; similar to what I used to know as a MLRS. Multiple Launch Rocket System but these are mounted on the platform of a Hummer. Missiles look like they could house the Hellfire missile but have not been on a military base since Fort Meade back in 1989-1991. Any help on identification of what are in these pictures will be welcome. Again thanks FEC2000.

Yeah they should be the Avenger missle system. If I'm not mistaken (I can't open the above link on my phone), it's an anti aircraft system.

I would guess that it is no coincidence that those tanks are about as wide as they can be and still fit on a flatcar?  Does anybody know?
