Eastern Railroad Discussion > Onto The High Iron! MA&N Utica-Rome, NYDate: 06/21/16 04:03 Onto The High Iron! MA&N Utica-Rome, NY Author: ut-1 Exercising trackage rights over CSX from Utica-Rome, NY, a Mohawk, Adirondack & Northern freight, with 3 bulkhead flats & 15 tankers containing olive oil, heads out of the railroad's Utica yard onto the CSX main on Feb 22, 2016.
MA&N 2042 (ex-BCOL & still in that road's colors) is at the point. The freight will travel approx 10 miles westward on CSX before reaching home rails in Rome, just west of CP 248. Some refer to 2042 as the "Atomic Engine." You must be a registered subscriber to watch videos. Join Today! Date: 06/23/16 01:11 Re: Onto The High Iron!
