NS symbol change confusion NS 799 ???

an 874 coal train came into south jersey for the power plant n Deepwater ... when the coal trains leave whether it's 874 or 506 they leave empty as a 507 empty coal train ...this past week when the empty coal train left it left using the symbol NS 799 ... does anybody have any idea what's going on with this symbol ... is it a recycled crew symbol or a new symbol ??? ... i can't find any info on it ...

I have photographed and heard on the radio 799 empty coal trains westbound on the NS Wabash line heading west for the southern IL coal mines.

A lot of times 799 is used when the cars are heading too or coming out of storage

Had a 799 run Fort Wayne Line thru Canton, Ohio about six months back...

that's interesting because the Deepwater plant is fed 2-3 times a week

this is the 1st 799 run to or from south jersey ...

799 sounds like a catch-all symbol for coal empties not otherwise listed in the operating plan.
