"*The train is being systematically reduced in size this year; stay tuned later this Spring for an updated length, tonnage and feet-in-length. (Currently, the Red Unit's train is now down to about 54 cars in length.)"

What is the reason for the reduction in the number of cars?  How much of the reduction is due to the unfortunate, forced elimination of the elephants from the RBBB shows?

ALL of it is due to the fact the show animals are no longer carried on the train(s) and also that the elephants are no longer on the tour(s).  PETA and a host of other animal rights groups have joined forces to convince enough American city councils that RBBB abuses its animals (that is an absolute LIE,a nd I'm a witness for RBBB in that regard) .... and since those towns now ban elephant acts for that reason (PETA's words), it is no longer financially fesible to carry the elephants across America to perform in just about half of the towns they used to perform in.  Now, PETA and those other animal rights groups are declaring they are about to go after all the other animal acts:  Big Cats, horses, ponies, llamas, camels, zebras, little cats and dogs and all the rest:  their goal is to ban all animal acts (and rodeos, too!) from the United States .... and they will be successful as long as "We The People" do not stop them.  Period.
