Q400 had 9 units today. CSX 5001, 8712, 8820, 6006, 6031, 84, 1188, HLCX 6519 & CSX 8103 out of Petersburg, Va at 4:15pm edt.

Q400 must be ferrying engines to Cumberland. Yesterday it had 12 locomotives!

This is normal for Q400, which is the primary train used to ferry "broken" locomotives from the southeast up to the only regional repair facility for engines CSX has left open.

Q401 usually does this too. But I have seen it on Q415 as well.

I saw Q400 coming off the Alexandria Extension headed to Cumberland at 3:10am. All 9 locomotives are still on the train. Earl
