Eastbound BNSF manifest with about 125 cars eases through the French Quarter of New Orleans on the NOPB at 8-10 mph. About 75 cars back, is this trespasser performing stunts that has already cost him a shoe. BNSF and NOPB police take notice, as it appears this individual is a whacko that has done this before.
