Update Bremen TVP Taking Shape

Made a trip west to Bremen Georgia to get a hair cut and capture a few trains as well as check up on the progress of the Train Viewing Platform. As you would expect the locals are not happy with the mayor and city council for spending their tax dollars on this project.

Glad to see this! Hopefully the platform not only will bring in railfans but also some business for local merchants.
