NS/CSXT Carload Questions

Good Afternoon:

Fred Frailey recently stated on Trains.Com that CSXT carload traffic volume has been going down since the year 2000. How about NS? Have they had more success with retaining or growing carload volume?

Also, with road, CSXT or NS, moves more carload traffic with Conrail Shared Assets? How about with UP and BNSF?

2016 Vs. 2000:

CSX Total Carloads down 31% (Coal down 50%; Merchandise down 22%)
NS Total Carloads down 21% (Coal down 47%; Merchandise down 15%)

(I have no data on other questions.)
