Anyone know where 24E is?

Hi everyone. I’m in Birmingham waiting on NS 24E which apparently has NS 8099 in The consist. It was by Monroe, LA around 8am this morning. Any info on location appreciated. Thanks!

8099 returned trailing on 220. It arrived in Atlanta around 09:00 this morning.
