One of the "big three" documents which usually appear in the Spring.  The annual report to shareholders is one, the proxy for election of directors and votes sought on major questions is the second doc, and the 10-K is the third. The 10-K is an extremely deep dive, with detailed info on revenues, costs, risks, etc.  Some companies choose to combine various parts of each into other presentations,, or combine the proxy and annual report.

One interesting point is the recommend (done deal) to elect Colm Kelleher to the Board.  Mr Kelleher is a retired senior exec of banker Morgan Stanley, and was appointed to the NS board in the winter
