Through some searching, I was able to piece together somewhat of a history of thie line/spur.  Currently, there appears to be a grain loading facility (that GoogleEarth shows as empty of railcars), and nothing else except track that looks to be in excellent shape.
I've concluded CSX has taken over ownership of the line - but seems odd with just a single grain shipper that is not very large.   There appears to be an auto parts plant very close to the line, but no rail spur.  

Can anyone else provide any current info on the line?   Why would the line be rehabbed with no other traffic?  Is the elevator shipping currently?  What kind of volume?  I saw a mention of an ethanol plant, but no activity there, apparently.

Line is ex NKP. Grain elevator at end of line owns and officially abandoned line as common carrier. It’s now just private owned industrial track which elevator contracts to CSXT to operate. Line is in great shape now to handle 6 axle power and 286k loading.
