NBR-4 ducks under the former PRR Signal Bridge located in Milesburg, PA, with North Shore GP38's 2012 & 2004 for power back on 4/22/19. The crew is heading back to Bellefonte after picking up 20 cars from NS C42 in Tyrone. The Signal Bridge still stands there today!
