       I am finally able to display my pictures of the 2019 Dover & Delaware River Railroad Toys for Tots train in New Jersey running on the Dover & Rockaway River Railroad from Rockaway to Dover, NJT M&E from Dover to Hackettstown, and then the Chesapeake & Delaware RR from Hackettstown to Phillipsburg. I'm sorry for the delay which was caused by increased commitments at work as well as getting a brand new pc computer for my room. Anyway here are the pictures.
1. The crew members accept the donated gifts from the public as the train sits in Rockaway.
2. The train arrives into Dover, NJ behind two NS GP38-2 and the Chesapeake & Delaware GP10 Unit # 1823.
3. The former NYC Hickory Creek Observation Car sits on the rear of the train in Dover, NJ while gifts are being donated.

1. DRRV Boxcar # 2009 sits proudly awaiting gifts to be deposited into it as it sits in Dover on the Toys for Tots train.
2. Further west, we have the 2019 Dover & Delaware River Railroad Toys for Tots train, being led by the two NS GP38 units and the Chesapeake & Delaware GP10 # 1823, as it crosses the Main Street grade crossing in Hackettstown running a little over 30 minutes behind schedule.
3. The restored NYC Hickory Creek observation car trails on the train after crossing over Main Street in Hackettstown, NJ. Within seconds, it will pass the NJT Hackettstown station platform and then enter the Chesapeake & Delaware Washington Secondary.

1. Now we are at Port Murray Station with the view looking south toward Washington and Phillipsburg. Several people wait patiently for the late arriving Toys for Tots train.

3. Finally the train arrives. Note that the 1823 is now leading and has been since Borealis where the two NS engines got cut off from the train.

1. The NYC Hickory Creek sits on the rear of the train at the old Port Murray, NJ Station.
2. We have the old Erie Lackawanna Caboose on display at Port Murray Station with the Toys for Tots train on the right.
3. One of the country grade crossings along the Washington Secondary. This is Richline Hill Road.

1. The train approaches the Richline Road grade crossing about a mile from the dropoff stop in Stewartsville. The 1823 is doing the proud honor of leading the consist.
2. Here is the Hickory Creek Observation car bringing up the rear after crossing Richline Road.
3. Now the train is in Stewartsville with the Hickory Creek on the rear.

1. Excuse the shadows as the train sits in Stewartsville while gifts are being donated. The train has made up time and at this point, it was running a few minutes late.
2. At last, the Toys for Tots train is about to arrive into the Phillipsburg Station and is now running on schedule.
3. Here are the two former NYC private cars on the rear.

1. The Dover & Delaware River RR Toys For Tots Train is now sitting with the former Phillipsburg Station building on the right.
2. Having permission to get down to trackside, this is a view of where the Washington Secondary meets up with the Lehigh Line just west of the old Phillipsburg Station.
3. The 1823 and its train sit at the former Phillipsburg Station just as the sun gets lower.

Thanks Allen for those kind words! While it was great to get pictures of the train, the most important thing was donating to the needy, which I did. Many of the photo angles along the route that the train took were sub par given the number of trees along the route.
