NS SD40-2 High hood locations. Where are they?

Would anyone know the locations of the NS former 10 N&W SD40-2 # 1625-1635.

NS 1633 retired and will be 
made into a RPU6D Slug.
Painted in special two tone green, 
white and black scheme.

NS 1626 - Elkhart, IN
NS 1627 - Crewe, VA
NS 1628 - Oakwood, MI
NS 1629 - Bellevue, OH
NS 1630 - Elkhart, IN
NS 1631 - Bellevue, OH
NS 1632 - Sharonville, OH
NS 1633 - Retired and rebuilt in 2017 as NS RPU6D Slug 895 and assigned to Macon, GA
NS 1634 - Granite City, IL
NS 1635 - Federal, IL

Just one question, where is Federal Illinois? Can’t seem to find it with google maps.

It's an NS trackside scanner location between Wood River and Alton, IL.

Old Illinois Terminal yard just south of downtown Alton, IL. Steel mill in same area,large flour mill, and petro chemical plants in Wood River and Roxana to the south are it's main work.
