CSX Manifest with 9 locomotives

Yesterday's CSX Q456 (Taft, FL to Waycross, GA) with 9 locomotives and an empty welded rail train on the rear.

Nothing to do with PSR, as per caption there was a slow order put out at the Folkston turnout.  Track crews were welding a switch frog.

They weren't. There were only four on-line as far as I could tell.  The dispatcher also mentioned they had the power from the prior day's Q452 in the consist.

Greg or others,

Referring to the cut of Tropicana reefers on Q456, what is the normal routing for Tropicana traffic to/from the northeast?  I see Q031, Q409 and Q410 fairly frequently in North Carolina.  I haven’t seen a juice car on any of these trains recently.  There used to be about 180 Tropicana cars per week each way.
