"Supercookor" on Q316-19 @ Cumberland, MD - 03/21/2020
Author: DTWilson

No misspelling... that's what the label on the end calls it ...... "Supercookor"

Built by Mavitec... From their website..... Supercookors are used for the continuous cooking process of meat, bones and offal.
The purpose of the Supercooko® in the rendering process is to dry the product.

Spotted on Q316-19 as they arrived at Cumberland, MD on Saturday.

Built in Germantown OH by the Dupps Company.  Mavitec is their international representative for Europe and Asia.  This Supercookor is used in rendering plants and meat packing plants to reduce all of the inedible parts of beef, pork, lamb, etc. into meat & bone meal and technical fat.  the cooked products are used to make a variety of chemicals, cosmetics and pet food.

Now that's a party, except today you can't have any groups over 10 people.

It's been a word known by railroaders for years. Fortunately it is not shipped in open gon's anymore.

Basically entrails, organs, and guts left over at the slaughter house.
