We follow New York, Susquehanna & Western's UT-1, with CSX leaser No. 6247 up front, as it heads northbound on Utica NY's Schuyler Street the afternoon of May 15th. The train is returning from Sangerfield, 23 miles south of Utica.

So can I assume that the RR crossbuck lights are timed with the traffic signal intersection light so as to keep the light green for the approaching train?
