Thanks for the photos.  What are the passenger cars that can be seen in your photos?  Also, in the bygone days, when the Western Maryland Railway still existed, on Armed Forces Day around May 19th each year, they used to bring up to Letterkenney some passenger cars, mostly leased cars from the former Railroad Passenger Cars (RRP) group from Baltimore and they used to operate train excursions around the base as the rail line used to make a circle from one end to the other.  I was up there one year back around 1975 and the Army had two of their engines pulling two trains of RRP cars, 3 cars each train, going around the complete base.  The train ride was free and from what I remember the cars were full on each trip.  I believe that they operated from late morning until late afternoon and the Army had many other types of trucks, fire engines, military units like tanks and other things on display, plus they had several bands playing.  To me and many others, the train ride was the thing since it allowed you to view the entire complex back then and one could hang out the Dutch Doors of the passenger cars.  I forget what year that this all ended, probably when the Chessie System took over the WM and did not want to handle the passenger equipment coming from Baltimore, just my guess.  That was sad.

Thanks for the photos. No. 1210 looks more like CP heritage judging by the rear of the cab.

I beg to differ. It seems that at some point it was mis-identified as a CN engine, perhaps in 2010 while at LTEX. It could be that someone assumed all SW1200Rs models were Canadian National. There are the CN GMDD-built GR-12e SW1200 that did not have the CN numberboard but were equipped with AAR trucks. However for this engine there are more Canadian Pacific cues than CN.
  • Rear cab without CN-style numberboard box.
  • Taller than standard exhaust stacks per CP.
  • CP-style ditch lights on the pilot.
  • End handrails per CP-style, although late CN SW1200RS #1289-1397 were built with this style.
  • Additional handgrab 90 degrees on left end handrail for support crossing the drop step.
  • MU connections are CP-style.
I guess a frame number would solve the question.

It's number is also correct for the CP SW1200RSu rebuilds.  Everything about this locomotive IDs it as being from the CP.
