Getting back into it today, although temps were in the mid to high 90's.

1. NS 9484 & 9436 glide downgrade on the .8%  near Schoharie Junction on Train 11R. A hearty wave from the cab makes it worth while.

2. Up at Mohawk Yard the 30T gets ready to depart with NS 4138 and CP 7033.

3. The 7033 looks nice as it rides over the Mohawk River heading into Schenectady.

30T crosses the Mohawk on this 96 degree day in Upstate New York. That cool water looks very inviting !

Down in Oneonta the 16R is handling the GREX 6008 Power Unit. 16R's power today is NS 3637, 7627 and Pan Am (MEC) 7518.

Lots of MOW work going on this summer. A tie crane takes a Sunday siesta at Oneonta.

Pan Am 7518, a bit of a stranger in these parts is on the 16R having come south on yesterday's 11R - seen here at Oneonta.

16R's power at Oneonta, the yard is a totally devasted shell of what it used to be when I first started taking pictures here in the mid-70's. Power on 16R is NS 3637, 7627 and the MEC (Pan Am 7518.
