My account has been locked out since early this year. I just received a request for use of one of my photos in a book but I cannot look up the photo due to my locked out account. I have tried emailing the administration twice to request a fix to the issue. My first contact attempt was April and I received no reply. The second time was today I received an undelivered, permanent error reply. Anyone have any suggestions? TIA

I'm surprised they didn't send you a link to the photo.

If you'd like, PM the the picture ID and I can send you a link.

Issue fixed. One of the site's owners quickly fixed the issue for me this evening.

If it's a typical railfan book, the highest payment is likely to be a copy of the book.
