Here is a short video + photos I took this past Friday 4/16/21 in Mentor Ohio of slow CSX eastbound intermodal Q158 lead by YN3 The W. / William Thomas Rice Special AH4400CW #5107​ & YN3 AC4400CW #217​ trailing 2nd. The reason why this train was moving so slow is because of Intermediate Signal PTC Issues, so they had to run for a few miles at restricted speed.
