CSX Derailment in Richmond, Va. - again

This time it's 13 eastbound coal cars turned over in almost the same spot where an eastbound mixed freight derailed about a month ago, just west of the "Lee Bridge" in west side of downtown Richmond, Va.  Here;s a short news feature about it:

They had those sections of track pretty well restored with fresh ballast and all....one wonders what happened this time????

Good old Precision Scheduled Railroading with long trains and distributed power and possibly some empty light cars in the wrong places?  Nothing surprises me.

'Not likely this time, it's thought, as the entire train was a loaded COAL train on the way to Newport News, Va. export.

That’s the 4th derailment this week for CSX.
FL, KY, IN and now VA.
