The Doo's stopped by the park on sunday and notice the Huge walkway up to the Caboose,Was wondering who paid for that project and what purpose will the caboose be used for,Thanks in Advance..Scooby

I'm not sure who paid for it, but the extensive ramping allows handicapped access to when they unlock the caboose and have dosen guided tours.  I was lucky to catch one with my step-daughter early in the summer.  It was a well done presentation.
