CN & NS pull out of on property agreement with BLE

CN and NS both have decided they want to go under national handling instead of having an on property agreement with the engineers. so now they are part of the NCCC  and bargaining with the BLE.

Regarding NS.... this is not any sort of news at all.  In 2019 NS stated they no longer wished to negotiate with BLET on property & threw in with NCCC.

Where'd you even get this or dream this up, like it's some breaking news flash.

On the whole, the more people under national handling, the more leverage we have to reach agreement....normally. But we're so close to the edge now that a breakthrough is all but impossible. A PEB is coming mark my words!
