Which predecessor milepost is that?  The line includes bits and pieces of the DL&W, NYC (West Shore) and NYO&W trackage.

Art,
MP 233 would be the Westshore mile post.
At that point the train has left the DL&W north - south main and is on the Westshore east - west main.
To get to the Oneida Warehouse you get on the O&W north-south main and pass O&W mile post 272. (miles from Weehawken, NJ)

The connector off the old DL&W is MP 283.47, the actual diamond was about MP 283.4. (miles from Hoboken)

I'm glad to see the crossing was flagged before boarding the car... I have to rememeber the recent incident with the crewman that was killed by a motorist as he was riding the end of the car across a crossing.
