Some are expecting NS to take almost all of CSX's "i-95 Corridor" traffic for the duration of the tnunel project, and would presumably exchange those trains to and from CSX in both Hagerstown MD and Greencastle PA. Right now, the field crews are scratching their heads wondering why CSX hasn't yet put out any formal plans - which now is here, and few if any personnel have any real idea how this is going to work. (That was as of 1-24, 2025.) |
