Camp Chase new power.

Camp Chase railroad in Columbus replaced their old GP9s with 2 SD40-2 in Red, White, and Blue flag wrap.

Minor correction if you're implying that is a vinyl wrap-- Those locomotives were custom painted for RailUSA that scheme. No wrap or decals involved with the flag portion. The railroad logo is a decal, though.

Neat stuff, all around.  Is Camp Chase interchanging in a different location in Columbus now? They used to go into Buckeye years ago.

Howeld, I can totally understand how anyone would think that is a wrap job. Very rare for a scheme that complex to be hand painted. It's essentially like a giant airbrush job and you can see some differences in the schemes if you compare the front and rear locomotives.

Regardless, a really neat video of them coming into town. That's the first I've seen of the Camp Chase operating with the new power.

I can’t say for 100% that it was the first time it was all new power but the previous moves I’ve observed had old power or mix of old and new.
