HLCX3802 is tied onto a cut of Salt cars ready to be interchanged back to the Rochester & Southern Railray. The bright light to the right of the Conrail engine is CSX Q111, also slowing to make a crew change at the Rochester Amtrak station. The weather is about -10 degrees out, with a wind of about 25 MPH. It was a long chilly night for CSX in the Rochester area.
