Athearn SW-1500/S-12/SW-7

Do all of these units share the same frame? I have an old
Steward track cleaner that says to use on an SW-1500 or an S-12. Just wondering if the SW-7 would be the same too. Thanks in advance for the replies.

Back in the day, Athearn called their SW7 an "SW1500", and it had the same drive as the S12. When Athearn introduced the real SW1500 (and SW1000) they properly called the old "SW1500" the SW7.

So, in short, yes.
