Regards from on board The Canadian, currently about to leave Jasper! -Jason Date: 06/26/11 14:00 Re: The Canadian crosses Stoney Creek Author: wabash2800 Nice Jason.
As an aside, I wish I had a nickel for every location or waterway in North America named Stoney Creek or Stony Creek. That would be a chunk of change. LOL Date: 06/26/11 15:04 Re: The Canadian crosses Stoney Creek Author: kgmontreal What about Flat Creek and Gravel River for the most overused names?
KG Date: 06/26/11 15:16 Re: The Canadian crosses Stoney Creek Author: tomstp For a modular layout that scenery looks great.

You might not understand this comment but I think one of the best things you've done with these cars is the raised casting on the little Beaver crest. I am so glad that this is a separate part. Dare I ask if it is made from brass like the prototype? I would love to find one because surely these were offered through CP By-gones in 1968 when the PacMan came in. Rick Date: 06/26/11 16:49 Re: The Canadian crosses Stoney Creek Author: rtd1121 Will The Canadian also be at the National Train Show in Sacramento?

Weren't they aluminum? Years ago I used to find them often on Ebay and sadly watch as the prices soared into the stratosphere . . . That could be correct. I thought there was still a leaning toward brass casting at the time but I will be interested to know from someone who has one. Rick.
