Athearn RTR GP40x with low headlight

I just purchased the Santa Fe version and it had ditch lights on the anti climber. Why didn't athearn put working bulbs in there?? Are operating ditch lights only for the genesis line?? Athearn would sell more if they included operating ditch lights in all of their line.

You willing to pay more then? Because they will charge more to put working ditch lights in.

I have two of these GP40X's with the nose headlights. One Burlington Northern Santa Fe H1 and one Santa Fe blue & yellow. They are nice. With this new GP38-2 Athearn's Genesis line came out with on Saturday, maybe one day Athearn will come out with a Genesis GP40X with operating ditch lights. In the mean time, "wire 'em up"!
