Athearn SD70 decoder

We have an IC standard cab Athearn SD70 that has been sitting around for a while and we want to get it running, what decoder will fit onto the motor? Thanks in advance.

NCE DA-SR will, just replace the board and hook up the wires , it's not sound though, not sure of the sound version.

I would put a TCS A6X decoder in, then you don't have to change the light bulbs. It has a solder pad where you can attach one of the wire leads to it for 1.5volt bulbs. I own a model railway shop and anytime the customer brings a unit in that's what I suggest he puts in the locomotive.
